Dear Sirs and Madams!      In 1996 Mining-and-Processing Integrated Works was turned into the Public Company OAO ORDZHONIKIDZEVSKY GOK and Close Stock Company AOZT PRIVAT INTERTRADING together with Commercial Bank PRIVATBANK have become majority shareholders.      At present OAO ORDZHONIKIDZEVSKY GOK (Mining-and-Processing Integrated Works mines the Western part of the largest in the world Nikopolsky manganese deposit, located on the right side of Dnepr river.      Now, in 1997 we consider it an honor to propose Consumers three types of manganese ore, two types of manganese sinter, manganese concentrate of different types, iron ore and its derivatives, ferroalloys and rolled products in a wide assortment.      We are ready to issue Certificates and Price-lists for the whole range of products, offered to Consumers at your first request.
